Hi there, First off, I wanted to take this time to thank you ALL for your participation in this new session of the Wmen's Doubles League. I am honored to be your league captain and looking forward to spending the next six Mondays with each and every one of you. My hope for this league is for it to be a place where you can meet new competitors, make new friends, expand your network of connectivity and empower each other both on and off the court. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns along the way please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Oki dokie....time for some updates: 1.) DUPR - Thank you all for creating your DUPR profiles and joining the Life Time Roseville club. All your matches will be inputted into DUPR by me so no further action is required on your part. That means every match will help solidify your rating and give the algorithm more information to work with, all while expanding your connectivity. 2.) ABSENCES - I get it, life happens and something may come up within the next six Mondays. If you need to miss a week or two, no worries, just send me an email (or text me 916.412.2971) letting me know what week you will be gone so I can work on finding a sub. For those of you that have already let me know what week you will miss for this league, thank you. 3.) WEATHER - We are fortunate enough to have use of the indoor courts in case of rain/smoke, so league will happen every week. Since we only have the three courts inside there may be times where your group has to sit out for a game, similar to Open Play, but I will do my best to keep the rotations going to minimize the down time and appreciate your patience and understanding.
